Q-SEE USA IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Q-See Australia and Perisale Australia customers,

Sadly Q-See USA have chosen to close business after 18 years as can be noted on the www.q-see.com web site.  As a Q-See distributor we, along with 20 other international distributors while sad to see them go are largely unaffected as we deal directly with Q-See International based in Hong Kong and China.  Q-See International are an independent entity, source differently to Q-See USA and as such our business is not directly affected by the closure in the USA.

For clarity all QT, QTH, QH and QC products supplied by Perisale Australia Pty Ltd (t/as Q-See Australia) will continue to be available with support for a long time to come.

Presently the only products being impacted are the QCW range of indoor bookshelf cameras.  The severs required to support these cameras were operated by Q-See USA (not Q-See International) and are currently offline.  We are not able to provide an estimated date when this problem may be resolved suffice to say all effort is being exerted.
